1. Who controls your data

2. What data I process and why

Contact form: your name, e-mail address or phone number, and the content of your message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - handling correspondence). Data is kept for the duration of our correspondence and, if we sign a contract, for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4): only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Data is pseudonymised and used to analyse site traffic. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

4. Who I share data with

OVHcloud (OVH SAS) - website and e-mail hosting (data stored on EU servers, data centre in France),
Google Ireland Ltd. - Google Analytics (with your consent) and Google Fonts; within Google services data may be transferred to third countries under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

I don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or your local data protection authority.

6. Voluntary nature of data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but without it I can't reply to your enquiry. Consent to analytics cookies is entirely optional - the site works exactly the same without it.
